5 paragraphs about Bintaro Lama

This is the first time I have ever been to a Kampung. I thought it would be a nice place but it kind of smelled and was dirty. I really felt sorry for the people that was born to live there. We went to 3 different stations around the kampung.

The first station we went to was a very important station and what we did there was we had to look through this bottle full of water and there is a cross at the bottle of the bottle. We had to look through the bottle and see if we could see the cross at the bottom. And if we could see The cross, then the water is clear, but if we cant see the water then it means its dirty.

The second station we went was about the water treatment. What we did was that we learned how to make bath water clean. To do that, we had to have three layers of sand. Then we pour dirty water inside the bottle with three layers. Then the water will come out from the bottom and be clean for having a BATH not drinking.

The third station, we made drinking water. We had to clean the inside of the bottle with soap water. Also we had to clean the cap. Then we had clean water but we cant drink, and washed off the soap that was inside the bottle. Then we had to pour that water inside the bottle and put the bottle on top of the roof. We have to leave it there for 6 hours and if it is cloudy we have to leave it there for 2 days.

After this trip, I really thought about how lucky I am to be living in this life with a water dispenser. I also feel really sorry for the people that live in the kampung. Now I also try to not waste water when I tooth brush.
